Simply defined our no-debt strategy is part of Omega’s credo. We will only use short-term debt instruments where we know that if any short-term debt is used, it will be quickly retired from the sale of stock or from existing cash flow from existing assets. In down markets we may lose some cash flow temporarily, but we will not lose the assets, and markets will rebound. In down markets our cash will go even further.

Looking ahead, our vision includes diversifying into other essential, high-demand sectors such as productive farmland, self-storage facilities, and versatile “flex space” properties.
